Acceptance of Terms
By using CODA OK, you agree to these terms and conditions. CODA OK is provided by Radom UG (haftungsbeschränkt), a company registered in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
Service Description
CODA OK provides automated parsing of Belgian CODA bank statements and SODA payroll files, AI-powered PCMN classification, and CSV export for Xero and QuickBooks Online. The service is provided as-is without warranty.
Limitation of Liability
CODA OK and Radom UG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of parsed and classified data before use in accounting systems.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The courts of Frankfurt am Main shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
